All services are subject to availability and scheduling. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

3. Quotes and Estimates

All quotes and estimates provided by Turf Installation of Frisco are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified in writing. Final pricing may vary based on actual site conditions, materials selected, and scope of work.

A signed contract and deposit may be required to secure project scheduling. Specific payment terms will be outlined in your individual service agreement.

4. Service Coverage

Turf Installation of Frisco outlines installation and service coverage details in each customer agreement, including scope and duration where applicable.

Product-related coverage and performance terms are controlled by material manufacturers and their published policies. We can help coordinate support requests for products we install.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Turf Installation of Frisco, its directors, employees, partners, agents, vendors, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

6. Property Access and Preparation

You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to your property for our team and equipment during the scheduled work period. This includes clearing the work area of obstacles, pets, and personal property prior to our arrival.

We are not responsible for damage to underground utilities, irrigation systems, or other hidden structures that are not clearly marked and disclosed prior to work commencement.

7. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in forfeiture of deposits or cancellation fees.

We reserve the right to reschedule due to inclement weather or circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any schedule changes.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and photographs of our work, is the property of Turf Installation of Frisco and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our content without our express written permission.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Collin County, Texas.
